District 7 Commissioner William "Bill" Edwards and Tax Commissioner Arthur Ferdinand discuss Fulton County Tax Matters

On Wednesday, December 21, 2011, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners commended the efforts of Quincy Marshall Wolff for his outstanding work on behalf of Scouting and the community at large, congratulating him on the occasion of achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. Quincy’s commitment to scouting began when he joined Woodward Academy’s Troop 631 at the tender age of 6. As a cub scout, he agreed to stay in scouting and make Eagle rank, just like his Grandfather. Quincy stayed true to his word and stayed the course.

“In a time where young men, particularly African American young men are consistently being portrayed in media in a negative fashion, I am proud to be able to publicly recognize the excellent service and outstanding values of this fine young man,” said Fulton County Commissioner William “Bill” Edwards. “He is one of many young men in South Fulton who are doing great things in their community and serve as a role model for others who follow them.”
